Free migration to inSave Hosting

Engineers move your websites, databases and mailboxes from your current host, whatever panel it runs, free onto any of our hosting plans, VPS or dedicated servers. You check the copy on a temporary address, and we switch the DNS when you say so.

Done by an engineer, not handed to you as a tool.

What we move

Everything a site needs to keep working the way it does now, not just the files.

Websites

Files, uploads and the site's configuration: WordPress, Joomla or a site built by hand.

Databases

MySQL and PostgreSQL databases with their data, connected to the site again on our side.

Email

Mailboxes and the mail already in them, so nobody starts over with an empty inbox.

How it goes

Free on every plan, done by an engineer rather than handed to you as a tool, and with the old host left running until you have checked the new copy.

1

Tell us what to move

Send the login to the current host, or a backup file. One site or forty — the migration is free on every plan.

2

We copy it and you check it

The site comes up on our platform on a temporary address. Nothing points here yet, so you can click through it before anything changes.

3

We switch the DNS

When you say go, the name points at us. Done outside your busy hours if you ask, and with the old host still running until it is finished.

What we need from you

Access to the current host

The login to its control panel, whichever panel that is, or a full backup if you would rather not share one. Either works.

A list of what moves

The domains, and the mailboxes on each. If something should stay behind, say so: a move is a good time to drop old sites.

A time for the switch

When the domain should point here, outside your busy hours if you prefer. We make the switch ourselves; if the domain's DNS is managed elsewhere, we will ask for access to it.

Worth mentioning up front, if you have them: cron jobs, custom PHP settings, Node.js apps and mail forwarding rules — so they are planned into the move rather than discovered after it.

Migration questions

Is migration really free?

Yes. Moving sites, databases and mail onto any of our hosting plans, a VPS or a dedicated server costs nothing, and there is no limit on how many of them come along — on Reseller, every client account too.

Which control panels can you move from?

Any of them: cPanel, Plesk, DirectAdmin, ISPmanager, FastPanel, or a host's own panel such as hPanel. We work from the panel login or from a backup, whichever your host gives you.

How long does it take?

A site is moved within a day of us getting access to it. There is no limit on how many sites, databases or mailboxes come along; when there are many, we agree the order and the switch times with you.

What if something does not import automatically?

It moves anyway. Everything goes onto Enhance with its own import tools first, and whatever they cannot take, an engineer moves by hand — as part of the same free migration.

Will the site go down during the move?

No. It keeps running at your current host while we copy it, and you check the copy on a temporary address. Visitors reach the new copy only after the domain switches, and the old host stays up until it has.

Do I cancel my old hosting first?

No — keep it until you have checked everything here and the domain has switched. Cancel it afterwards, and keep its last backup for a while.

Can you move my clients from cPanel?

Yes, free, and we do it rather than hand you a tool. Send the reseller login or per-account backups; we restore them here, you check them on temporary addresses, then the domains move when you say so. What to prepare is in our guide to moving reseller clients from cPanel.

What if something does not work after the move?

Tell us in a ticket: it goes to the engineers who did the move. That is also why the old host stays up until you have checked — going back is a DNS change, not a rebuild.

Request a migration

Tell us where the sites are now and roughly how many. An engineer replies with what they need and when the move can happen.

Moving from cPanel to Enhance: what changes for you

cPanel has been the default hosting panel for twenty years, so most people moving away from it are not comparing features — they are worried about the day after the move. This is what actually changes. The mental model is different, and that is the point cPanel gives you one account with everything in it: files, databases, mail, cron, all sharing the account’s limits. Enhance gives you a container per website. Your five sites are five isolated environments with their own CPU, RAM and I/O ceil

Your hosting renewal doubled. Here is how to read a price before you buy

The invoice arrives twelve months after you signed up and it is two to four times what you paid. Nothing went wrong and nobody broke a rule: you bought a promotional first term, and the renewal is the real price. It was on the page, in grey, under the price you actually read. This is how the industry works, and you are not going to change it. You can learn to read it in thirty seconds. The five questions 1. 1What is the renewal price, in numbers? Not "renews at the regular rate" — the number

Why is my WordPress site slow on shared hosting? Check these five things first

“The host is slow” is the usual diagnosis and it is usually wrong. On nine sites out of ten the server is fine and something on top of it is doing far more work than it needs to. Here is the order we check, which is also roughly the order of how often each one turns out to be the culprit. 1. CacheIs anything cached at all? Check the response headers in a private window. 2. DatabaseHow long do the queries take, and how many are there? 3. PHP versionThe version the site actually runs, not the
