We copy files, databases, mail and settings, check the copy on our side and only then switch DNS. The site stays online.
The host is down, but you have a backup
We restore the site from an archive, a database dump or a Git repository: yours, your developer's or one from your provider's backup site.
No backup, or no access
We start with the domain and DNS so you keep your site's address. Then we look for what can be recovered and tell you plainly if something can't be.
How the move works
Request
Tell us what we're moving and where it is now. Passwords go only into the protected fields of the ticket, never into the message text.
Move and check
An engineer deploys the site with us and you check it before the switch: pages, forms, payments, admin panel.
Switch
Once everything works, we switch DNS ourselves. Turn the old host off after the change has propagated.

A resilience checklist for any website

- –Your backup is stored in a different country from the site itself.
- –You have restored the site from that backup at least once and know how long it takes.
- –The domain is registered to you, and not only your contractor can log in to the registrar.
- –DNS doesn't depend on a single site: you have secondary nameservers or an independent DNS provider.
- –The site's code lives in Git, and passwords live in a password manager, not in email threads.

How much does the move cost?
Moving sites, databases, mail and servers is free, with no limit on the number of sites. If you're moving from another host, the first month on Shared, Managed WordPress, Reseller or VPS is free too: the engineer sends a promo code in the ticket.
How long will it take?
We move one website within a day. For servers and large projects the engineer gives you a timeline after the first review.
My host is down and I have no backup. What now?
Check which registrar holds your domain and whether you can log in. Then look for copies: with your developer, on office computers, at your provider's backup site. Write to us and we'll help you make a plan.
Where will my data physically be?
We host websites in the EU-Central region in Germany. For projects with a US audience there are US-East and US-West.
How do I pay from Ukraine, and are there documents?
Prices on the site are also available in UAH. Pay by Ukrainian bank card via WayForPay or by bank transfer in UAH. Companies and sole proprietors get an invoice and closing documents via Vchasno. Stripe and crypto are also available.
Can I get a refund if it doesn't work out?
Yes: 30 days on Shared and Managed WordPress, 90 days on a first Reseller order, 14 days on VPS. Dedicated servers are not covered by the money-back guarantee.
