Is the machine mine to run, or do you manage it?

Unmanaged by default: root is yours from the first boot and what runs on the machine is your call. VPS Managed is a separate add-on that puts our engineers on patching, monitoring and incident response for the same machine.

Why is there no yearly price?

Because this line is billed monthly and nothing else — there is no annual plan to discount, and no lock-in either. Every other line on the site shows a yearly rate; this one does not, and that is deliberate rather than an omission.

Where do the machines run?

EU-Central, US-East and US-West. You pick the region when you order.

Can I reinstall with a different operating system later?

Yes, from the control panel, as often as you need. A reinstall wipes the disk, so move anything you want to keep off it first.

Is there a money-back guarantee?

Can you move my sites onto the server?

Yes, free: sites, databases and mail from any control panel, a site within a day, and the DNS switched by us once you have checked the copy. Here is how the move works.
