Which games does the DDoS protection cover?
The filtering is built for game traffic, CS2, Rust and Minecraft among others. If your game is not one of these, ask an engineer before you order and we will check what the protection covers for it.
Where are the servers?
In France, Germany, Poland and Canada. You choose the location in the order form; none of them costs extra.
Is there a setup fee, and how do I avoid it?
On monthly billing the first invoice includes a one-time setup fee, shown in the table next to the monthly price. Pay annually and there is no setup fee.
Can you manage the server for me?
Yes. With server management our engineers take care of the operating system: updates, monitoring, backups and incidents. The game itself stays yours. What it includes and costs is on Server management.
I need a private network or a cluster. Is that possible?
Business servers come with a private network between them for cluster and storage traffic. You will find them on Dedicated servers.
Starting with something smaller?
