Who should switch, and who should not
Switch to us if
Your bill is the problem rather than the platform: you are paying enterprise rates for a business site, and the features you use are updates, staging, caching and hardening — all of which are here. Ten client sites cost $66.66 a month with us and $188 with them.
Stay where you are if
You need Google Cloud specifically, their edge network or an account manager with your name on it. We are a smaller company: you get engineers on a ticket, not a named success manager, and we publish no benchmark that says our hardware beats theirs.

Questions about switching
Is the hardware worse than Google Cloud?
It is different, and we are not going to pretend to have measured otherwise. We run LiteSpeed with LSCache and Redis on NVMe in EU-Central, US-East and US-West. For a business site the cache layer usually decides the page speed, not the cloud underneath it.
Can you move a site off Kinsta?
Yes, and it is free on every plan. Kinsta gives you a full backup from MyKinsta; we restore it here, you check it on a temporary address, and only then does the domain point at us.
Do I lose staging?
No. One-click staging is on every WordPress plan here, including the entry one — a copy of the site to test a plugin or a redesign on, then push live.
