Partner Program Terms

Last updated: October 27, 2026

Terms of ServicePrivacy PolicyCookie PolicyService Level AgreementAcceptable Use PolicyAbuse and Notice ProcedurePublic Offer (payments in UAH)Partner Program Terms
1. Who we are and who can join2. How a client is linked to you3. Commission4. Holding period and reversals5. Payouts6. Partner rules7. Personal terms for partners’ clients8. Changes and termination9. Liability, data and law10. Contact

These Partner Program Terms (“Partner Terms”) are the contract between you and inSave Hosting OÜ for taking part in inSave Partners, our partner program (the “program”). They apply together with the Terms of Service, which govern your inSave account. By turning the program on in the client area, or by accepting a partner ID that we activate at your request, you accept these Partner Terms.

1. Who we are and who can join

1.1. The program is run by inSave Hosting OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 17479863, VAT number EE102976155), Kaupmehe tn 7-120, 10114 Tallinn, Estonia, e-mail [email protected] (“inSave”, “we”, “us”).

1.2. Web studios, agencies, freelancers and other businesses that recommend our services to their clients can join the program (“partner”, “you”). You need an inSave client account and must meet the requirements of section 2 of the Terms of Service.

1.3. If you already have an account, turn the program on in the client area under Affiliates. If you do not, send us a request in a ticket to the Sales department; we open the account and activate your partner ID. We may decline a request or deactivate a partner ID, for example if we cannot verify your details.

2. How a client is linked to you

2.1. A service is linked to you if the client orders it:

  • within 90 days of arriving on insave.hosting through your partner link — the address of any page on insave.hosting with ?ref= and your partner ID added — and accepting cookies on that visit; or
  • after you have named the client to us in a ticket before the order is paid, and we have confirmed the link.

2.2. Your partner link is stored in a cookie for 90 days, and only if the visitor accepts cookies. If the visitor follows the links of several partners, the last link counts. If a client does not accept cookies, name them to us before they order.

2.3. Commission is counted per service. A client’s later orders are linked to you only if they too are placed as set out in section 2.1. We do not link services ordered before the link was made, and we do not move a linked service to another partner.

2.4. A referred client is our customer: they accept our Terms of Service, own their account and pay us directly. With the client’s permission you may be given access to their account.

3. Commission

3.1. For payments for a linked service you earn:

  • Shared Hosting, Managed WordPress Hosting, OpenClaw Hosting and Reseller Hosting: 15% of every payment;
  • VPS hosting, managed server plans and DevOps & SRE hours: 10% of every payment;
  • dedicated servers (Compute, Business, Game, Storage and Unmetered): 5% of the first invoice, once.

3.2. No commission is earned on domain names, SSL certificates, add-ons, upgrade orders, invoices issued separately from a service (for example for one-off work), or services ordered from your own account or through your own link.

3.3. Commission is calculated on the price the client pays for the service, without VAT. Discounts and promo codes reduce it. The first commission on a service also includes its setup fee.

3.4. Commission on hosting, VPS hosting, managed server plans and DevOps & SRE hours is earned for as long as the linked service stays active and is paid, with no end date. It stops when the service is cancelled or terminated.

3.5. Commission is credited in the currency of your inSave account. If the client pays in another currency, the amount is converted at the exchange rates of our billing system.

4. Holding period and reversals

4.1. Commission is recorded as pending when the client’s invoice is paid and becomes available 30 days later.

4.2. Commission becomes available only if the linked service is still active at the end of the holding period; otherwise it is cancelled.

4.3. If a payment is refunded or reversed by a chargeback, the commission on it is cancelled, in proportion to the amount refunded if the refund is partial. If that commission has already been withdrawn, we deduct it from your future commission.

5. Payouts

5.1. You can withdraw available commission:

  • to the balance of your inSave account, from USD 50 or the equivalent in the currency of your account; the balance pays your inSave invoices and is not paid out as money;
  • by bank transfer, only to a company or a registered sole proprietor and against an invoice you issue to us, from USD 100 or the equivalent, once a month.

5.2. You request a withdrawal in the client area under Affiliates; the request opens a ticket with our billing department. We pay only to you: to your own inSave account, or to the bank account of the company or sole proprietor named in your invoice.

5.3. We may hold a withdrawal while we check the related referrals under section 6.3.

5.4. Commission is your income. You are responsible for declaring it and paying any taxes due on it.

6. Partner rules

6.1. You may not:

  • earn commission on your own services, on accounts you control, or on accounts opened in another person’s name to collect commission;
  • run paid search ads on the name inSave, its misspellings or our domain names;
  • send spam or advertise our services in a misleading way;
  • promise clients more than our Terms of Service, Service Level Agreement and plan descriptions provide, for example other prices, refunds or response times;
  • name the providers of our infrastructure, or describe our services as unlimited;
  • set your partner cookie without a genuine visit and the visitor’s consent, for example through hidden pages, pop-ups or automatic redirects;
  • present yourself as inSave or as acting on our behalf.

6.2. You act in your own name and at your own expense. You are not our agent or employee; you may not accept payments for our services or make commitments on our behalf.

6.3. To detect self-referral and fraud, we may compare referred accounts with yours (for example sign-up details, IP addresses and payment methods) and ask you about your relationship with the client.

6.4. If you breach this section, we may cancel the commission connected with the breach and deactivate your partner ID (section 8.3).

7. Personal terms for partners’ clients

7.1. After verifying your business, we may agree with you individually on a personal discount or promo code for your clients.

7.2. Commission and a personal discount do not combine on the same service: no commission is earned on a service ordered with such a discount, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

8. Changes and termination

8.1. We may change these Partner Terms, including the rates. We tell you about a change by e-mail at least 30 days before it takes effect. Commission earned before that date is paid under the previous terms.

8.2. You may leave the program at any time by telling us in a ticket. Commission earned before you leave is paid out under section 5 once it becomes available.

8.3. We may end your participation or close the program with 30 days’ notice by e-mail, or immediately if you seriously or repeatedly breach section 6. Commission connected with a breach is cancelled; other commission you have earned is paid out under section 5.

9. Liability, data and law

9.1. Our total liability to you under these Partner Terms is limited to the commission paid or due to you in the 12 months before the claim. Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of the Terms of Service apply.

9.2. Under Affiliates you see the services linked to you, their status and your commission, but not your referred clients’ contact or payment details. Each of us is responsible for the personal data it processes; how we process it is described in our Privacy Policy.

9.3. These Partner Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes are resolved by Harju County Court (Harju Maakohus) in Tallinn.

10. Contact

  • Partner questions and withdrawals: tickets in the client area
  • Contract questions: [email protected]

If any provision of these Partner Terms is invalid, the rest remains in force. These Partner Terms are written in English; translations are provided for convenience, and the English text prevails in case of discrepancy.
